This is an original concept I created during Pablo Munoz Gomez's 3-day creature workshop, I was aiming for a blend between a fly and a beetle, and this is what I ended with.
This workflow used only Zbrush and Substance Painter.
Final render - Render is done in Substance Painter.
Details - High-res details completed after Z-remesher carried out and dynamesh model projected onto clean base.
Blockout - Various shapes blocked out onto a base then refined to create an original concept.
Reference - Assorted bug reference to help keep on track and not deviate from the bug look during the process.
